Vincent Lai has over 20 years of experience in shipping and finance. He joined Landbridge Holdings Limited in January 2017 as Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for running the Group’s shipping business and funding overseas projects. Prior to joining Landbridge, Vincent worked with Wah Kwong for over 8 years and served as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Before that, he held senior positions in COSCO and PricewaterhouseCoopers with focus in corporate finance, IPO and China business. Vincent holds a professional qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Capt. Sanjeev Verma is a Master Mariner with 25 years in the shipping industry with last 9 years in different shore roles, from being a risk assessor for Oil Majors, heading the quality and safety department of a leading ship owner in Hong Kong and now managing a fleet of VLCC ship owner from starting and setting up their ship management business in Hong Kong. Sanjeev had completed (MBA) from Asia’s prestigious Business School – HKUST School of Business. He is an active member with NI, ICS and various committees at Intertanko.

Ray Lei has 10 years of experience in international shipping. He joined Landbridge Holding Limited in 2017 as Commercial Director in charge of ship chartering, fleet insurance and business development. Prior to joining Landbridge, Ray worked in Wah Kwong with extensive exposure in commercial, marketing and business development and established strong relationship with shipping partners. Ray graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with LLB in Maritime Law, and has a master degree of LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.

Cyrus Ng has over 10 years of experience in the shipping industry. He joined Landbridge as Operations Director and is responsible for the operations of the company’s Fleet. Prior to joining Landbridge, Cyrus spent 3 years in Shun Shing Group as Head of Shipping Operations and 9 years in Noble Group as Operations Director. Cyrus graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with BBA in International Shipping and Transport Logistics. He is a charter holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (United States), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (United Kingdom).

Manish has a Chief Engineer license with 28 years of experience in the shipping industry in all types of tankers and with the last 15 years as Technical Manager with a reputed tanker ship manager, before joining Landbridge. He has graduated in Mech. Engineering from an Indian University. Manish promotes a vibrant team culture that reinforces Landbridge as a market leader in Oil transportation and inspires confidence in internal and external stakeholders including customers, class, shipyards, and suppliers. He is responsible for the development of processes & systems to deliver leading and integrated services to all stakeholders. He ensures Emergency Response Capabilities of the company are maintained to the highest level and our crewing sources and training in line with fleet expansion and rigorous industry standards.

Capt Sun Jun has over 25 years of extensive maritime experience in operations and management of ships as a professional seafarer on Product, Oil Tankers and VLCCs, handling crew from various nationalities. Capt Sun graduated from the Shanghai Maritime University, a top marine university in China. He started his career since 1993 and promoted as Master since 2005. He joined Landbridge Ship Management (HK) Limited as Crewing Manager in-charge of building the international crewing team to manager Landbridge own VLCCs.

Capt. Abhishek is a master mariner, with more than 23 years of experience in the shipping industry. He has sailed on various types of tankers including product, chemical, Aframax and VLCCs & last few years in command of tankers. He moved ashore as an auditor in the quality and safety department of a leading third-party manager in 2012, then was handling vetting/cargo matters in a leading Danish tanker owner and later was in the operations team of the oldest and largest private ownership company in India. Last few years, his role included ensuring the vessels remain tradeable with all the oil majors. He joined Landbridge Ship Management from the inception and is heading the HSSQE department.
